Download Neologics, complete the short onboarding, and set your vocabulary level, preferred categories, and daily goals.
How do I manage my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Go to Settings, Apple ID, then Subscriptions on your iPhone.
How do I restore my purchase?
Open Neologics, go to Settings, then choose Restore Purchases. Your subscription or lifetime purchase will be restored automatically.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds are handled directly by Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com.
How do the widgets work?
Add a Neologics widget from your iPhone home screen or lock screen to keep vocabulary visible throughout the day.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your learning progress, preferences, and saved words are stored locally on your device.
