How do I get started?
Once you download Neologics, you’ll be guided through a short onboarding where you can set your vocabulary level, preferred categories, and daily goals. After that, you’ll receive a fresh word every day to learn and practice.
How do I manage my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. To view, change, or cancel your subscription, go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone. Changes take effect at the end of your current billing period.
How do I restore my purchase?
If you’ve previously purchased Neologics Pro and need to restore it (for example, after reinstalling the app or switching devices), go to Settings → Restore Purchases within the app. Your subscription or lifetime purchase will be restored automatically.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds are handled directly by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, and select the purchase you’d like to be refunded for.
How do the widgets work?
Neologics offers home screen widgets that rotate new vocabulary every hour. To add a widget, long-press your home screen, tap the “+” button in the top corner, search for Neologics, and choose a widget size. The widget will display words from your saved collection and vocabulary level.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your learning progress, preferences, and saved words are stored locally on your device. We do not collect personally identifiable information. For full details, please see our Privacy Policy.
How do I change my difficulty level or categories?
You can adjust your vocabulary difficulty and word categories at any time in the app’s Settings tab. Changes take effect immediately and will be reflected in your daily words and widget content.
